RV site Reservations - 2 weeks cancellation for full refund.  Non-refundable if cancellation is within 2 weeks.  We will attempt, but not guarantee, to reschedule to a different date using any cancellation charges within 2 weeks of dates.   Reservations are not confirmed until the reservation deposit has been received.

Cabin Reservations -   Reservation deposits are non-refundable. A reservation deposit is due to secure the dates desired. All funds including reservations/security deposits, prepaid guest charge may be placed in an interest bearing account on which the interest shall accrue to the benefit of the Owner.  Reservations are not confirmed until the reservation deposit has been received.    Reservation may be cancelled in writing with a refund to the tenant ONLY when a replacement tenant is secured. The refund amount will be for the newly negotiated rental rate, less a cancellation fee of $100.00 payable to B to B, LLC.   We will attempt, but not guarantee, to reschedule to a different date using any cancellation charges previous paid.
